Nail Biting

Kevin I am just writing to let you know that the nail biting habit has (for the most part) stopped. I sometimes will start but then catch myself. I have little white specks of nails started. I forgot to mention before the session happened that I pick at my nails and I bite around my nails; however, as my nails are growing, that is decreasing. — KD Apple Valley, MN
